CRC Engraving accepts bulk and business engraving requests for items such as bottle opener keychains, pens, keychains, tumblers, cutting boards, client gifts, event items, restaurant/bar products, and promotional products.

Quote-based review

Bulk pricing depends on the product, quantity, artwork, engraving area, setup needs, proof needs, deadline, packaging, and shipping details. Some bulk orders should be quoted before checkout.

What to include in a request

  • Product type
  • Estimated quantity
  • Logo or text to engrave
  • Artwork file type if available
  • Needed-by date
  • Shipping ZIP code or pickup preference
  • Any packaging or event details

Proofs and artwork

Logo and layout-heavy bulk orders may require proof approval before production. Clear vector artwork is preferred when available.

Large orders

Large orders may require additional review, deposit/payment terms, material sourcing, production scheduling, or staged delivery. Production does not begin until the order details and payment terms are confirmed.

Deadlines

Event deadlines should be shared before ordering. Rush deadlines are not guaranteed unless CRC Engraving confirms the project timing.
