Shipping overview
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout when available for the order. The customer is responsible for entering a correct shipping address before submitting an order.
Processing time
Processing time begins after the order details are clear and any required proof or artwork questions are resolved. Custom, logo, bulk, or quote-based orders may take additional review time before production starts.
Local pickup
If local pickup is offered at checkout, wait for confirmation that the order is ready before coming to pick it up. Do not arrive before receiving a ready-for-pickup message.
Shipping damage or delivery issues
If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact CRC Engraving as soon as possible with the order number, photos of the package/product if applicable, and the shipping issue details.
Rush deadlines
Rush deadlines are not guaranteed unless CRC Engraving confirms them before production. For event dates, business deadlines, or large orders, request review before ordering.
