Most CRC Engraving products are custom, personalized, or made-to-order. Because of that, return eligibility is different from standard off-the-shelf products.

Custom and personalized items

Custom engraved items usually cannot be returned or exchanged because of buyer preference, spelling supplied by the customer, design choices supplied by the customer, or a change of mind after production.

When CRC Engraving can help

Contact CRC Engraving if the order arrives damaged, the wrong item was sent, or the engraving does not match the approved/provided order details. Include the order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Customer-provided details

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, dates, names, phone numbers, logos, and design notes before submitting an order. If a proof is sent, production is based on the approved proof.

Bulk and quote orders

Bulk, logo, business, and quote-based orders may have additional approval steps. Once production begins, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
