Customers are responsible for making sure they have the right to use any names, logos, artwork, phrases, images, characters, trademarks, or copyrighted material submitted for engraving.

Customer-provided artwork

By submitting artwork or design instructions, the customer confirms they have permission to use the submitted material and to have it reproduced or engraved.

Business logos

CRC Engraving can engrave business logos when the customer owns the logo or has permission to use it. For company, team, school, organization, or event logos, the customer is responsible for authorization.

Restricted or questionable requests

CRC Engraving may refuse requests that appear to involve unauthorized copyrighted artwork, trademarks, licensed characters, brand marks, counterfeit goods, hateful content, or other material that may create legal or platform risk.

No official affiliation implied

Custom engraving does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or official affiliation with any brand, team, character, organization, or rights holder unless explicitly stated by that rights holder.
