Buy-now personalized orders

  1. Choose a product and package.
  2. Enter engraving text and design notes.
  3. Request a proof if needed.
  4. Complete checkout.
  5. CRC Engraving reviews the order details.
  6. If anything is unclear, CRC Engraving may contact you before production.
  7. The item is engraved, packed, and shipped or prepared for pickup if available.

Quote-based orders

  1. Submit the quote form with product, quantity, artwork, and deadline details.
  2. CRC Engraving reviews the request.
  3. Questions, artwork requests, or proof details may be sent back before pricing is finalized.
  4. Once pricing and details are approved, CRC Engraving creates the order or invoice.
  5. Production begins after payment/order details are confirmed.

When to request a quote

Request a quote for bulk quantities, business logos, customer-supplied items, unusual materials, tight deadlines, detailed artwork, QR codes, serial numbers, or anything that needs manual review.
